3. Products
AURUM TREAD sells clothing, streetwear items, fashion accessories and related products, among other items.
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page and may include, depending on the product:
-
the product name;
-
photographs and visuals;
-
colors;
-
available sizes;
-
composition;
-
technical characteristics;
-
care instructions;
-
the price;
-
product availability;
-
where applicable, its pre-order status.
Customers are encouraged to review this information carefully before placing an order.
Photographs and visuals are intended to represent products as faithfully as possible. However, slight differences in color or appearance may result in particular from the screen used, lighting, or characteristics specific to the materials and manufacturing processes.
Where these differences do not affect the product’s essential characteristics, they do not necessarily constitute a lack of conformity.
4. Product availability
Product offers are valid while stocks last, except where a product is expressly offered for pre-order.
If, exceptionally, a product becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, AURUM TREAD will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
Where fulfillment of the order becomes impossible, AURUM TREAD will refund the relevant amounts in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
5. Drops, limited editions and pre-orders
AURUM TREAD may sell certain products as drops, limited editions or pre-orders.
5.1 Limited-stock drops
Certain products may be offered in limited quantities, for a set period or while stocks last.
Once stock has sold out, AURUM TREAD is under no obligation to restock unless it decides otherwise for commercial reasons.
A product’s limited nature does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
5.2 Pre-orders
Certain products may be offered for sale before they are physically available for immediate delivery.
When a product is sold on pre-order, this information is clearly stated on its product page before the order is confirmed.
The product page or ordering process also specifies the estimated delivery or dispatch date or timeframe.
As a general rule, the trader must deliver the goods on the date or within the timeframe announced. In the absence of an indication or specific agreement, the French Consumer Code provides for delivery without undue delay and no later than thirty days after conclusion of the contract. Légifrance
Payment for a pre-order is made according to the options offered at the time of ordering.
Pre-order lead times may depend in particular on manufacturing, quality control, transportation or receipt of the products by AURUM TREAD.
If the announced timeframe changes significantly, the Customer is informed as soon as possible and retains the rights granted by applicable regulations in the event of delayed delivery.
5.3 Mixed orders
Where an order includes both immediately available products and pre-order products, AURUM TREAD may:
-
ship the available products separately; or
-
combine the shipment once all products are available.
The applicable arrangements are communicated to the Customer before final confirmation of the order where they affect delivery times or shipping costs.
5.4 Right of withdrawal and pre-orders
The fact that a product is sold on pre-order does not, in itself, exclude the right of withdrawal.
For distance sales of goods, the statutory withdrawal period generally runs from the date the goods are received. Légifrance
6. Size guide
Sizing information is available on the product pages and/or in the Size Guide section of the website.
The Customer is responsible for checking the selected size before confirming the order.
The measurements provided are intended to help the Customer choose the right size. Slight variations may occur depending on the style, materials, fit or manufacturing process.
7. Prices
Product prices are stated in euros (€), including all applicable taxes where VAT applies.
Any shipping costs are shown separately before final confirmation of the order.
The total amount payable is shown to the Customer before they confirm the purchase.
AURUM TREAD may change its prices at any time. However, products are charged at the price displayed when the order is confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing error resulting in particular from a technical malfunction or an evident clerical error, AURUM TREAD will inform the Customer as soon as possible and, depending on the circumstances, offer them the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
8. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, discount codes, vouchers and commercial offers are subject to the terms stated when they are presented.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
they are valid for the stated period;
-
they may be limited to certain products;
-
they may be subject to a minimum purchase amount;
-
they may not necessarily be combined;
-
they cannot be exchanged for cash value.
Where a discounted product is refunded, the refund is calculated on the basis of the amount actually paid.
9. Orders
The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart.
Before final confirmation, the Customer can review the contents of the order, the total amount and correct any errors.
To complete the order, the Customer must in particular:
-
provide the required information;
-
check the delivery address;
-
select one of the delivery methods offered;
-
select a payment method;
-
accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale;
-
confirm the order and make payment.
An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
10. Payment
Payment is due in accordance with the terms indicated at the time of ordering.
Available payment methods are presented in the Payment Methods section and during checkout.
Transactions are processed by secure payment service providers.
AURUM TREAD does not intend to retain the Customer’s full bank card details.
If payment is refused or fails, the order may not be confirmed or may be cancelled.
11. Invoicing
An invoice may be made available to the Customer electronically or sent to the email address used for the order.
The Customer must check the accuracy of the billing information they provide.
12. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery areas, delivery methods, applicable charges, any free-shipping conditions and indicative delivery times are presented in the Shipping section and/or during checkout.
The Customer must provide a complete and accurate address.
AURUM TREAD cannot be held responsible for consequences directly attributable to an error or omission in the delivery information provided by the Customer.
The applicable delivery date or timeframe must be brought to the consumer’s attention before the contract is concluded. Légifrance
13. Delayed delivery
If delivery is delayed beyond the announced date or timeframe, the Customer has the rights provided for under the French Consumer Code.
Where the statutory conditions are met, the Customer may in particular request delivery within an additional reasonable period and, if delivery is still not made, terminate the contract in accordance with applicable provisions.
14. Receipt of the order
Upon receiving the parcel, the Customer is encouraged to check its condition and that of the products.
If the parcel is visibly damaged or a product is damaged, the Customer is encouraged to retain any evidence useful for documenting the issue, including the parcel and photographs, and to contact AURUM TREAD promptly:
This recommendation does not limit the Customer’s statutory rights.
15. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give a reason.
For the sale of goods, this period generally runs from the date the product is received by the Customer or by a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier. Where several goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. Légifrance
The Customer may give notice of their decision using:
-
the withdrawal feature made available on the website when available;
-
the standard form set out at the end of these Terms and Conditions of Sale;
-
or any clear statement expressing an unambiguous decision to withdraw.
Since June 19, 2026, distance contracts concluded through an online interface must allow consumers to exercise their right of withdrawal free of charge through an easily accessible online feature. Légifrance
Any written notice may in particular be sent to:
or by post to:
AURUM TREAD
13 Résidence Le Clos des Oliviers
31870 Lagardelle-sur-Lèze
France
16. Return after withdrawal
After exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer has 14 days to return or hand back the product. Légifrance
Unless expressly covered by AURUM TREAD, the direct cost of returning the item is borne by the Customer.
The Customer is encouraged to follow the instructions set out in the Returns & Exchanges section.
Products must be returned with appropriate care.
The Customer may be liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product. Légifrance
17. Refund after withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, AURUM TREAD refunds the sums due to be returned, including delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method offered, no later than within the time limits provided by law.
AURUM TREAD may withhold the refund until the product has been recovered or until proof of shipment has been received, whichever occurs first.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method that does not incur any fees. Légifrance
Additional costs resulting from the Customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered are not necessarily refunded. Légifrance
18. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the situations provided for by law.
In particular, it is excluded for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Légifrance
Accordingly, where AURUM TREAD offers a genuinely personalized product made to a specific Customer request, this exception may apply if the statutory conditions are met.
This exclusion does not apply to a standard product merely offered as part of a drop or pre-order.
19. Exchanges
AURUM TREAD may offer exchange options in accordance with the conditions set out in the Returns & Exchanges section.
Any exchanges offered as part of the brand’s commercial policy do not reduce or replace the statutory right of withdrawal or statutory warranties.
20. Statutory conformity warranty and warranty against hidden defects
Products sold by AURUM TREAD benefit from the applicable statutory warranties.
STATUTORY WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
Consumers have a period of two years from delivery of the goods to invoke the statutory warranty of conformity if a lack of conformity appears.
Under the conditions provided by law, the statutory warranty of conformity entitles the consumer in particular to repair or replacement of the goods, free of charge and without significant inconvenience.
Where the statutory conditions are met, the consumer may also obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract.
If the goods are repaired under the statutory warranty of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the original warranty.
If the consumer requests repair of the goods but the seller requires replacement, the statutory warranty of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date of replacement.
Any period during which the product is unavailable for repair or replacement suspends the remaining warranty period.
WARRANTY AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS
Consumers also benefit from the warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.
This warranty may be exercised for a period of two years from discovery of the defect.
Where the conditions are met, the consumer may obtain a price reduction or a refund in exchange for returning the product. Légifrance
For any request relating to a statutory warranty:

21. Defective products
If a Customer believes that a product has a lack of conformity or a defect covered by a statutory warranty, they can contact AURUM TREAD at:
The product return arrangements will then be communicated depending on the situation.
Where a postal return is necessary to implement the statutory warranty of conformity, the consumer must not bear the costs associated with bringing the goods into conformity under the conditions provided by law. Légifrance
22. Product care
Customers are encouraged to follow the care instructions shown on product labels and/or product pages.
Damage resulting in particular from:
-
washing contrary to the stated instructions;
-
improper care;
-
improper use;
-
intentional damage;
-
or normal wear and tear,
does not necessarily constitute a defect covered by a statutory warranty.
This provision does not limit the Customer’s statutory rights where the conditions of a warranty are met.
23. Gift cards
Where gift cards are offered on the website, their terms of use, validity period and any restrictions are indicated at the time of purchase or in the relevant section.
24. Loyalty and referral program
Any loyalty and referral programs offered by AURUM TREAD are subject to the specific terms stated on the website.
AURUM TREAD may change the benefits, mechanisms or conditions of these programs, subject to any rights already acquired by users where such rights must be preserved.
25. Liability
AURUM TREAD is responsible for performing its obligations in accordance with applicable regulations.
However, AURUM TREAD cannot be held liable for damage exclusively attributable to:
-
the Customer;
-
use of the product contrary to its intended purpose or care instructions;
-
a force majeure event;
-
or, where the statutory conditions are met, an unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Sale is intended to exclude or reduce any mandatory right granted to consumers.
26. Force majeure
AURUM TREAD cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of French law.
Where possible, the Customer will be informed of the consequences of such an event for the performance of their order.
27. Personal data
Personal data collected when an order is placed is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
This policy specifies in particular the purposes of processing, legal bases, categories of data concerned, recipients, retention periods and user rights.
28. Consumer mediation

29. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
If the Customer resides in another country where mandatory consumer-protection provisions apply, the choice of French law cannot deprive them of the mandatory protections they are entitled to under applicable regulations.
30. Dispute resolution
AURUM TREAD and the Customer will endeavor to seek an amicable solution to any dispute relating to an order.
If no amicable agreement is reached or no solution is obtained through mediation, the Customer may bring the matter before the competent court in accordance with applicable legal rules.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Sale requires consumers to submit exclusively to a court located at AURUM TREAD’s registered office.
